I’ve been coming here for a few months to get builder gel manicures and gel pedicures and every single time they exceed my expectations. The customer service is professional and welcoming from the moment you walk in, the ambiance is relaxed and clean, and the nail technicians are all very good. I’ve had different nail techs assigned to me but today I got lucky to have Lily for a second time and she did exactly what I wanted and she does it perfectly. I got a cute pink heart shaped cat eye. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, she looks at it once and knows the exact color and just knows exactly what to do to make the design pop. Truly a professional expert group of ladies at this salon.
My experience was excellent! From start to finish . Making my appointment was simple reminders were frequent. I was takin pretty much on time. I arrived early so I could pick out my colors. My technician Angela was lovely, she was very professional and gave me a beautiful manicure and pedicure. The front office staff Yasmin and Hazel were also very welcoming and the coffee was delicious. I will definitely be coming back! Margie
Edit based on the response from the company: I never asked for a full refund. In fact, I had no expectations at all! As I business owner, I wanted to bring the issue to your attention. All I want was consideration for services that I felt were not received. The facts are, I called your company and informed your employee I wanted to give the company another chance because the prior gel manicure peeled off a few after the application. I accepted it as a poor application and moved on however, with the second appointment with the color changing, I felt it important to bring it your attention. I never asked for anything, leaving that decision for you to make. You stated that I asked for a full refund and I would not return unless I received it. This statement is untrue and I find it irresponsible for you to state such inaccurate information. You have my text, I suggest you read it again, or post it here. I told you in my text to you that lost the customer, and any referrals which is a fact! Your inaccurate response solidifies my decision!! I will not return that is the only accurate statement that you’ve made. On Saturday 11/15, I booked a gel manicure and regular pedicure with Isabel. I asked for color 202 from a selection of colors the salon uses. For reference, the color nail polish on my toes is the color I selected. On 11/16 I went on a cruise, and I noticed the color on my nails was changing to a yellowish color, with the original color fading. Upon my return, I immediately called and emailed the salon to express my concerns. I’ve never experienced gel polish changing colors or fading. The owner told me it was due to chlorine, sunscreen or something else from the cruise. This is far from true because I never went into the pool or used sunscreen. I simply washed my hands as I normally do. Needless to say, they have lost my patronage, and that of any future referrals. Sad because it was so simple to say, we’d offer you a small discount on your next service!
I had a fantastic experience! Esther was my nail tech, and she did an amazing job. She was very detailed and incredibly kind, which made the whole experience even better. Customer service is very important to me, and Esther truly exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you, Esther, for your wonderful service!
I had such an amazing experience at Biscayne Nail and Beauty Bar! The service was excellent from start to finish, and my nails turned out absolutely perfect. The team is so nice and attentive, and they really make you feel cared for. Ari is truly the best—she knows exactly what she’s doing. She’s incredibly talented, very detail-oriented, and took the time to listen carefully to every request I had about how I wanted my nails. She brought my vision to life flawlessly. If you’re looking for high-quality work and a place where you’ll feel pampered and heard, this is it. I can’t recommend Ari and Biscayne Nail and Beauty Bar enough!
