Amazing staff, looked our very poorly little boy. It was a really stressful time, but we always felt confident that Rufus had all the care he needed. He’s now recovering excellently, thank you for helping Rufus get back to his cheeky little self.
Blaise in Birmingham - all the staff are amazing and that’s from the moment you walk through the door, reception to clinical staff. It’s such a scary and emotional time but our beautiful cocker spaniel Marley was treated with lots of love and care before and after a major operation and us too. He returns for check-ups with a waggy tail every time. Everyone makes such a fuss of him. Cannot thank the whole team enough 💞
Junior my cockpoo was brought in 3 weeks ago. I can't praise Blasie Referral enough. Everything during Junior's surgery was exceptional. I can't thank the entire team enough. The team saved my boy. Communication during what was a very stressful time was outstanding. We were kept in the loop, everything ran smoothly and my boy returned back to me for the better. Thankyou to the team at Blasie and thankyou for saving my boy if it wasn't for you he may not have been here.
Whilst I was on holiday my husband accidentally stepped on our young kitten and her leg was broken. Our own vets did not have the expertise to deal with such an injury so we were referred to Blaise. They accepted her immediately, explained our options to us and performed surgery within 48 hours. Their credit scheme meant we did not have to worry about the bills whilst we were navigating her treatment. It was really simple. She is now 7 weeks post op and back to her normal self. We could not be more grateful to Vas and the team who tool excellent care of her.
I recently needed an urgent referral for my cat Biscuit. I arrived earlier than expected, but Biscuit was taken by a nurse to be seen. I was then called in by vet Giuseppe who was very knowledgeable and explained everything. I was confident in leaving him in their hands. The next few days I had calls from vet Karin giving me updates, I didn’t make it easy for her as I was so worried and emotional, but she took her time to let me know how Biscuit was doing. I was even allowed to go and visit. This means a lot to me. Sadly I had to say goodbye to Biscuit after 4 days, a very complex boy with FIP, Pyothorax & perforated oesophagus. The care & compassion I received from reception, vets & nurses during such an emotional time was outstanding. I felt confident that everything possible was tried for my boy and I was given time with him to grieve and say goodbye.
