Bliss is a welcoming and safe space for yogis of all levels, in a relaxing meditative environment. Highly recommend. Passes are reasonably priced and I felt like I got a lot from my unlimited membership!

Bliss body yoga is an amazing yoga studio in Raleigh, NC. I like to practice 4 days a week and in studio. But lets be honest... As moms and career women sometimes life gets in the way of our cherished practice. Recently, my life became work and 2 teenage boys. Although I love the vibe of the studio, work and my family obligations did not allow me time to make it to the studio. The livestream classes and on demand video have helped me navigate a very chaotic period without my practice having to suffer. Because we all know if we stop practicing, life just gets a little harder. Thank you Bliss Body for your over 200 on demand classes that you filmed during COVID and your livestream! I hope to be back in studio soon, but these features were game changers. If you have a super busy schedule and can't always make it to a live class, Bliss Body IS the studio for you! And, the in studio classes are wonderful and as challenging as you wish to make them.
Bliss Body is a beautiful studio with great teachers and course offerings. I have always had a great experience here with classes and most recently I signed up for private prenatal yoga sessions with Ellie. These sessions were extremely helpful and supportive in the weeks leading up to my son’s birth. I highly recommended this studio and the prenatal classes for those who may be considering yoga as a supportive practice in preparation for childbirth.
I fully enjoyed my first class in the studio as the area was clean and organized well. I very much appreciate the purple tape on the floor indicating mat placement, and the teacher Kristin was so lovely in her teaching and after class chat.
