Was updo was beautiful! My stylist did a great job! I also had eye makup applied and false eyelashes, which I loved.

My hairstylist was nice. I liked her. But I was charged with something I wasn't aware of and it was not cheap. I didn't know I had to pay extra to just have my hair tied back. I wouldn't mind paying but I would appreciate it if I was told.
I called at 8:30 this morning when the books were completely open and specifically asked to be placed with the most experienced stylist available, since my regular stylist Olga wasn’t free. Instead, the receptionist put me with someone fresh out of cosmetology school who had never even done a blowout pin curls before. My hair was barely washed, the blowout took over an hour and a half, and ultimately my hair looks terrible. I now have to redo it myself before my birthday and family photos — completely defeating the purpose of booking this appointment as a busy mom of two. This was a very important day for me, and not only did the receptionist ignore my request, but when I addressed my concerns with the manager, she stood there like a deer in headlights and offered no solution, no discount, and no accountability. I don’t know if the receptionist did this out of spite or poor judgment, but either way it was unacceptable. My time and money were wasted, my stress was increased, and I was treated as though my concerns didn’t matter. I left with hair that looks worse than when I arrived, which is completely unprofessional.. Edited for response from owner: No senior stylist stepped in…. No one helped that girl. I left with my hair, looking like crap And had to reschedule a photo shoot that costs well over $400… So there you go again just as your manager offered no solution when and spewing a lie saying that a senior stylist stepped in senior stylist stepped in. No one fixed anything still to this day no one has fixed anything. At the very least, I should have a free blowout on my account.
Went here for my hair and makeup trial. Communication with Liz the owner has been responsive and professional. Both artists were friendly and results looked like my inspo pics. They were great in answering my questions as we went along. A hidden gem for brides. Here's a tip-bring eye drops if you get the fake lashes! They looked fantastic but 6 hours later my eyes felt like sandpaper.
