I just experienced an amazing blow dry with Melissa, and the wash was absolutely exceptional!
It’s been a couple of years since I have been here and my previous service was great, but today, not so much. The stylist wasn’t warm or welcoming with me at all. She acted like she didn’t want to do my hair. She stopped several times during the blow dry. She put no effort into straightening my hair. She barely pulled the flatirons all the way to the ends leaving my hair frizzy feeling. She didn’t even attempt to make small conversation. I honestly just did not feel welcomed at all. It was really weird energy. I enjoy the convenience of the services offered but I probably won’t be back. No one should feel how I felt today.
Hayley is a very good hairstylist. She did very good on my hair. I definitely recommend going to her if you’re gonna come get your hair done she’s very time efficient and great to talk to.
I’ve been going here almost weekly for almost 8 years now, and the girls always do a wonderful job with my hair! My curls last me all week until my next appointment! They just slowly fall out throughout the week. Hanna, Hayley, Shea and Melissa are my go to girls!
They were very friendly upon arriving and immediately started with my daughter's hair while I was offered something to drink while I waited. They were very fast and efficient, my daughter's loved the way their hair came out
