BEWARE!! I made an appointment but due to last minute commitments I had to cancel it. My appointment was on Monday at 1:00 pm and I went to the store to cancel it on Sunday at 2:30 pm. Because the appointment was within 24 hours I was informed that I was going to be charged $25. I think that is an excessive charge, more than a dentist office usually charges for a no show. I did notice that the store was completely empty when I went to make the appointment and there was only 1 client when I went to cancel, maybe this type of customer service is the reason why,
AMAZING as always! My hair came out super soft and silky (I love your products)!! And I absolutely loved the Blow & Glow Package!!!! Not only do you get your blowout, but it also comes with eye gels, deep conditioning treatment (with hot towels), and the BEST massage!!! Genius idea and soooo relaxing!!!!
Nicki was amazing and so patient! 10/10 would recommend. She went above and beyond to make me feel my best. Hair held up wonderfully.
Nicole did an amazing job with my blow out. My hair is not easy to style at all but she worked her magic on it! I also love how transparent the pricing at Blo is. It’s reasonable compared to other options in the area!
Nikki did a fantastic job at everything!! She started off with shampooing my hair which was so relaxing. She made sure the water temperature was suited for me and gave me a head massage while at it. She then dried my hair and curled it so beautifully. I have never seen so much volume in my hair before!! She also did my makeup and blended my eyeshadow so perfectly well as well as accommodating to what my wants were. Everything she did and used on my face and hair lasted all day and night while I was out having an eventful day! BOOK WITH NIKKI!!
