I absolutely LOVE this place! I have had several of the stylist over the last 4 months and I love every blowdry I get. Each stylist is a delight and I will be a loyal client for years to come.
Maci did my blowout and my makeup for a special occasion, she did such an amazing job and listened to exactly what I wanted and envisioned for myself! The atmosphere was super chill and everyone was really nice. My services got done earlier than I thought (which was great for me) and kept my day on track. I will definitely be back and love that this new location.
Visited for my first ever blow out on opening day! My stylist was terrific and my hair looked great for the wedding I was attending. Since then I have been back every month. All the stylists are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Never disappointed! Highly recommend the membership!
I will start by saying that my hair looks great and that my stylist Claudia was a wonderful person. However - the only reason I booked an appointment is because I saw a discount code for their grand opening. A blowout was listed as $55 regular price, and with the promo it brought it down to $40. So imagine my surprise when I went to check out and the total on the screen said $55. I asked if the promo code had been applied and they said, yes, but we had to charge you $15 extra due to the length of your hair / extra time for service. I have been to other Blo locations, and was not charged this fee. I also frequent Dry Bar and Primp & Blow, and have never been charged a fee like that there. I believe that the wash and dry was probably done in the "allocated time", so they probably should have ASKED if I wanted my hair curled and noted that would result in an extra charge. I would have declined and moved about my day. I just thought it was all covered under the service. So IF I ever went back (which I wont), my service would cost $70 + tip. That is absolutely ridiculous for a blow dry job. You have priced yourself out of an ideal profile customer.
Absolutely loved my blowout with Kayla at BLO Dry Bar! From the moment I sat in her chair, she was warm, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. She gave me the perfect amount of volume and shine my hair looked flawless and felt amazing all day. Kayla has such a great eye for detail and made the whole experience relaxing and fun. I left feeling like a total bombshell! Highly recommend her if you want that perfect BLO-out glow ✨💁♀️
