Marshall is amazing!!!! He is so kind & professional. All the staff are great. Marshall always does a great job on my hair. Ashley is awesome at makeup. I've been so happy every time I've been in!! 🩷
Im sure this place is good. It depends on your stylist. Hair washing: When you wash a person's head, you need to scrub it and dig in deep. She was barely touching me. She got the ends well but does not know how to wash hair. Blow dry: When you blow dry a person's head, you need to take your hands and fluff it while you dry or put some "arm'" into the roll brush starting from scalp to ends. She does not know how to blow dry and the Blow Dry Bar. Straighten: When you straighten a person's hair you need to start at the scalp and go all the way to the ends and angle it under just a bit so the ends don't stick up or out. While she was straightening my hair the dryers from the girls on either side of me were blowing my hair. She does not know how to straighten. All I asked for was a wash, dry, and to straighten my hair. Easy...nothing fancy. It isn't that hard bc my hair is one length. It took her over an hour which it should not. I had to come home, dry my hair again, straighten it myself, and put product in... These girls that work here are right out of school which is fine, but they are very young.... She got it started for me, but I am very displeased and will never return. I paid $85 for a child to do my hair and it looked awful. Thank God I fixed it on my own.
I absolutely love Blo Blow Dry Bar in Rockwall! I’m a regular customer, and every visit is a fantastic experience. The salon has such a chic and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is always friendly and professional. Rainy is my go-to stylist, and she never disappoints! She listens to exactly what I want and always makes my hair look flawless. I also highly recommend getting a membership—it’s totally worth it! Absolutely Recommend!! I loved every moment, beautiful atmosphere, friendly stylist. I had my hair done by Mariah and she’s literally the best!!! She’s the sweetest, very gentle. She did such an amazing job with my hair, she’s very welcoming, get your hair done with Mariah!
