I booked an appointment this past weekend with Ruby for the first time. I was looking for a more modern take on long layers, and she absolutely made it come to life. She talked with me about it beforehand and then thoughtfully executed the cut… sampling length on the curtain bangs as we went so it wasn’t shorter than expected. I am so very happy with the cut, thank you, Ruby! It was also a fun conversation and environment… I will be back!
Ruby was amazing! I'm not sure who was more excited about my haircut but Ruby was a true gem. She got my curls looking and shaped just how I had hoped after our consultation. She made sure we were on the same page for my hair cut and was very reassuring about her ability and knowledge with my mixed curly hair. Especially as someone still trying to understand her curls Ruby gave me great advice and tips to show them off.
Sianna always accommodates me with multiple options for scheduling. I like how responsive she is. I am never left on read and I can’t remember a time she did not respond with in seconds… no seriously. I appreciate that when there are days that o just want to sit and enjoy being pampered in quiet time, she matches my energy and lets me be, even nap in her chair. I love the extra touch Bloom offers with healthy snacks, drinks, and coffee. Go see Sianna, you owe it to yourself.
I love coming to this shop. Sianna slayed my hair 💇♀️✨ From the moment I sat in the chair, she knew exactly what to do. Super fun, easy to talk to, and seriously talented. 10/10 would trust her with my locks again.
