Words can’t describe how awesome this company is. Eddie and his team treated my family like their own. I had a terrible experience with another HVAC company and Eddie went out of his way to quickly and efficiently get my AC up and running. Because of negligence from another company, I had to have a brand new system installed. He took the time to explain everything to me in a language I could understand, show me exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it, and most importantly he followed up to make sure everything was working perfectly. I cannot recommend this company enough. 10/10
Blue Air is hands down the best and most professional AC company I’ve worked with. They responded to my phone call immediately and came out the same day to diagnose why our AC wasn’t working. Our system is over 20 years old, and they clearly explained the issues—the capacitor was broken and the blower was running very slowly. The inspection report was extremely detailed and easy to understand. We ultimately decided to replace the entire AC unit, and Blue Air offered a very fair and competitive price for truly professional work. Their installation was clean, thorough, and well-organized. What really stood out was how much they cared. While we were waiting for HOA approval, Eddy was kind enough to lend us a new capacitor so the old system could keep running. That level of thoughtfulness is rare. This is a family business you can trust. Eddy, Michelle, and Tanya were all incredibly helpful and responsive to both texts and phone calls throughout the entire process. You can absolutely rely on Blue Air for all your AC needs. This review is written entirely by me, and I’m happy to support such an honest, hardworking family business—especially after dealing with larger AC companies that never even returned my call. Blue Air is simply on another level : )
Absolutely the most proficient and efficient job I've seen in years, definitely a forgotten trait. Thank you guys for being honest, and ethical, your stick-to-itiveness and work ethic is admirable and impeccable. I highly recommend Blue Air for all your AC work.
I would highly recommend Blue Air to anybody who is looking for a new HVAC system or repairs to their current one. Eddie and his team are professional, courteous and above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. I had a problem with my AC not blowing enough cold air back in August. Out of the 3 companies I called, they were the only company who actually diagnosed our system and found the problem. The other 2 companies only told me what they thought was wrong with our system. When our system would not start during the recent cold spell I called Eddie and he came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. It turned out that it was more cost effective to buy a new system than dumping more money into a 12 year old system. Eddie even came back after the install to make sure everything was working correctly and we knew how to work our new thermostat. Yes, it was a big investment, but I feel good knowing that Blue Air is only call away if I need them.
Our heater went kaput a few days before a looming cold weather event was expected, Eddie came out on a Sunday, he inspected and determined what was needed for the repair, located the part the next day. Another polite technician came out the following day put in the new heating element! We were warm and toasty during the cold weather which was between a low of 39-46 degrees pretty chilly.. ❄️ for FL, They were prompt, polite and professional! Plus the pricing was fair, I will use them again if needed. I highly recommend them a family owned and operated service.
