Making an appt was a breeze and the staff was courteous. You can see the elegance as soon as you walk in, as if you were in a luxury salon. Holly did my pedicure and Jennifer did my manicure and dip. They did a great job and were very meticulous with their work. They provide beverages, but I declined their offer since I brought my own coffee. My overall experience was relaxing and satisfying. I will be back to this salon.
Let me start by saying: I've been getting acrylics for 20 years and I never leave reviews. Im visiting from Boston and needed a full set immediately... came here and Wendy absolutely delivered!!!!!!!!!! Couldn't stop looking at them even BEFORE the polish. Wendy took the time to make sure everything was smooth and even and she didn't make me feel bad for asking her to change the color. Whenever I ask for almond shaped nails, the techs always seem to do it in a way that makes my fingers look like little sausages haha. I literally took pics of how they came out so I can show the nail techs back home how it should be done! 5 stars across the board. Thank you so much :)!
This place was absolutely amazing. I have been looking a nail salon where not only is it sanitary, customer service is top notch but also nail art is on point. I will definitely be back in a few weeks!
I’ve been going to Blue Mound Nail Spa since they opened last year. I’m a huge fan of this spot. They really care about whether you’re satisfied or not and will do everything to make sure that’s the case. Now, I want to gate keep but that wouldn’t be fair to my girls. For manicures, Christina is the real deal. She’s funny, full of personality, and wants to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want. She’s gives great color recommendations and does exceptional work (specifically her shaping, Chef’s kiss!!!). I’m incredibly picky with my nails, I’ve gone through several folks and I’m stoked to have found her. For pedicures, Holly is incredible. She makes sure to keep my from getting ingrowns, buffs my nails smooth, and pays extra attention to getting my toes looking right every time. Highly recommend this place and these people.
The only reason I did not give five stars is because I had a 130 appointment and I make appointments because I have a bunch of stupid medical conditions that make it hard for me to stay in one place for very long. Sophie was my manicurist and also did my pedicure. She was amazing so careful not to cut me. Sophie was fun to talk with very personable and sweet. But on top of that, she was careful not to cut me. I have two autoimmune diseases and I quit getting my nails done. Because I received two pretty serious infection in my finger, one in my foot that required me to have IV antibiotics. I will be requesting her every time I go (infections I got were not at Bluemound. They were from a different salon.)
