After a very poor and expensive experience with another financial advice firm we were referred to Dan Nadal about 5 years ago. Saying goodbye to a loved one is always difficult. It’s a stressful, emotional time, and hard enough to deal with without having the challenge of trying to claim on a life insurance policy. My mother in law had been attempting (unsuccessfully) to obtain a claim form directly from the insurance company for weeks so she could just start the claim process. Just a claim form. Seeing her distress, I contacted Bluetree Financial Planning (our broker) and was put through to Kathy to see if she could provide advice as to how to proceed. Best decision ever. Kathy immediately took control of the situation and contacted the insurance company on our behalf. Within literally days, things were finally moving. The process had commenced, Kathy was keeping in close contact with the insurance company, and making sure we were kept informed every step of the way. It only took Kathy a couple of weeks to get the claim paid, but honestly, if it wasn’t for Kathy’s extensive experience, knowledge, tenacity and compassion, I have no doubt we’d still be fighting with the insurance company just to get a claim form. Without a doubt, Kathy is in a class of her own when it comes to handling insurance claims. Having someone like Kathy in our corner took the stress out of claiming. The process (through Kathy) was straightforward, and our family has absolutely no hesitation in recommending her to anyone looking for an insurance specialist. We are beyond grateful and honestly cannot thank Kathy enough for her assistance during what was a very difficult time. If you need insurance, please do not hesitate to contact Kathy. She will go above and beyond to put the best policy together for your situation and when it comes time to claim, she will still be there, making sure the claim process is as smooth and stress free as possible.
