Mid cooking style but indeed best seafood and sauce. It was the freshest scallops I have ever had. The bourbon butter was such a fire especially with rice. Loved it so much. The plate also came with salad which was nice. Lemon garlic butter flavored jumbo shrimps also hit. Wouldn’t really recommend fried calamari and garlic bread because there’s nothing special.
So good! Fresh and tasty seafood. The “Track Taco” is amazing. Fish and chips are delicious, as well as all things with shrimp. Friendly staff and a good ambiance both inside and outside.
I got there right before the lunch rush. The place looks nice they were playing tribal seeds which was cool. There was big cuts of fresh fish you can see through the glass. When I ordered the girl said 15 minutes and im pretty I got it on less than 10 quick service.I got calamari and fresh onions rings which was amazing. 🤤 I also ordered red snapper and cod fish and chips, the fish tasted fresh but it was lacking flavor which was disappointing maybe they didn't put seasoning or enough seasoning in the batter? Not sure. It was a bit pricey but fish always is. Parking was hard but normal for that area. I will be back to try it again.
Came here to try the award winning Tack Taco, and it was worth it. The lineup was long, waited around 45 minutes to order and get a table. The track taco was the biggest, tastiest, messiest, and most incredible taco I have ever had. All of the seafood is super fresh and delicious. The staff are very friendly and appoint you a table while waiting in line. There is lots of street parking nearby for free.
My family grabbed lunch here after landing at the airport. It was less than 10 minutes from the airport. Parking space was limited but we were able to find paid street parking right in front of the restaurant. It’s a self-service restaurant. You order at the counter and they will bring out food for you. A server brought us two high chairs and she was very friendly. Food came out in about 10 minutes. I highly recommend their special, award winning Taco. At a first bite, it tasted rich and fresh. Shrimp in the taco was big and juicy. Clam chouder soup was pretty good too. We ordered the soup in a bread bowl. The bread bowl had garlic taste and it went well with the soup. Lastly, we ordered fish n chips. Fish was very fresh but batter was too thick. It came out with waffle fries, which were very crispy. Overall, it was a great experience to start my San Diego trip. I would recommend this place to anyone and will come back for their taco!
