Mike and Kate with Bluegrass Furniture Outlet are AMAZING! Went out of their way to provide excellent customer service, answering all of our questions, and helping us make our decision to purchase a sectional. They helped us load up, and even when the furniture was too much for one load they brought the second load to Nicholasville for us! I am so thankful they were there to help us today, definitely coming back when its time for something else new!
Mike and Kate were WONDERFUL! We went in today to browse and ended up buying a sectional way too big for the truck! It was so awesome that we were able to take it home immediately! Mike helped us load it up and even brought what didn’t fit in the truck to Nicholasville for us! They were wonderful at answering our 1,000 questions and didn’t get annoyed when we may have asked the same question multiple times! I will definitely be back when I am in the market for another piece of furniture. They had so many options and were so knowledgeable. I am so appreciative of them.
My sister and I had the most wonderful experience at this store this past weekend! We worked with Mike and Kate and they were both fantastic! They answered all our many questions and were so knowledgeable and polite. Their prices are excellent too. We bought two beds and a mattress and were thrilled with the quality of our purchases. I Bought this electric reclining modular. I’m very happy with it. Bought it. One day late afternoon. Had it delivered the next morning. That made me very happy because everywhere else had me waiting 2 to 3 weeks on Delivery. Nice and friendly staff, i got meet one of the Owners . She’s was very nice. The delivery fee was only $100 They came in a box truck brought it in. Installed it Exactly where I wanted it and tested all the electric components. They had over 100 different couches Lots to choose from from New styles and classics. I was impressed. Ultimately, I went with this one because I can add or remove pieces as I want to configure my space. I can add or remove armrests with cup holder’s and storage. I can add more seats to make it longer or a corner piece to make it in L shape To fit a different space in the future.
The best company ever! They were so helpful they even helped me map out how the pieces would fit it my living room by drawing it up for me with my specific dimensions. They were great to communicate with, always replying in a timely manner, and punctual. They delivered the couch within the 2 days i needed it.
