We went into our project not knowing exactly what we were looking for to improve our home’s curb appeal, but we reached out to Bluestone Landscaping since they advertised landscape design. We first met with Jose Salmon where we discussed some high-level ideas, and then we had an interview with him where he asked us a variety of questions to better understand our taste and budget. He was always prompt and organized for our meetings, took detailed notes, was a great listener, and he was very personable and kind. Jose created a mock-up of the suggested changes, which were beautiful, and then worked with us to tweak it to fit our budget. The detailed bid, timeline for the project, and the payment schedule were clearly communicated, and when it was time to start the work, the team was there as promised. They were always on time, and they stayed late into the evening to get the work done on schedule. Jose visited regularly to check on the progress. They always left the work site looking clean and tidy each evening. The new front steps that Jose, Anthony, and the team built for us, and the new landscaping they installed in front of our home, were beautiful, and we were so pleased with the changes! It was truly a stress-free experience! When we had a couple of follow-up items after the project was completed, we contacted Jose, and he quickly got us on the schedule and fixed everything for us promptly. The entire project was run very smoothly, communication was excellent, and we will most definitely contact Jose, and the Bluestone Landscaping team, again for our next project! They are professional, punctual, conscientious, reliable, and they made sure everything was perfect for us. We highly recommend Bluestone Landscaping!
I would like to give a great big shout out to Jose and his crew. Anthony and David did such a wonderful job on our property. They delivered everything that we asked for. A seating wall for our front yard, sidewalk on the side of our house which extended into our patio, and a fire pit with a patio surrounding it for sitting and enjoyment! Thank you Anthony and David for a job well done. Thank you Jose Salmon for having an awesome company. I've included pictures for viewing of their great work. We will be adding yard lights and flowers to our landscape for a finishing touch.
Jose and Bluestone Landscaping have been amazing! The construction of our retaining wall was first class. They definitely know what they’re doing - leveled, great drainage, unbelievable curb appeal and so functional. Their customer service and work ethic have been exceptional! Bluestone Landscaping did an amazing job transforming our front yard this Spring and installing our fence.From our initial contact for a quote we were impressed. Their response time for the quote was quick. Any questions we had between the time of accepting the quote and the day they began work - they would address our questions, drop off samples and reach out to confirm if any changes were needed. They were organized and work was completed in. A timely manner. They communicated with us daily on work plan and ensured our vision was being installed. We had a fantastic experience with Bluestone Landscaping! The crew did an outstanding job on our front garden areas, and their one-year plant life warranty really set them apart. Jose was incredibly communicative, always addressing any concerns I had promptly. One of my favorite aspects was how they used photos and a system to visualize how the gardens would look as the plants grew—it was amazing to see my vision come to life!
