I first started coming to Body Language Pilates about a year ago with a goal of getting stronger and becoming more flexible. This is the first form of exercise I’ve stuck with this long and it’s all thanks to Sami and her team!! She makes Pilates class so much fun and with her attention to detail and form I know that I am doing everything safely and in a way that is best for my body.
Sami and the instructors here are great! You get a great workout and I'm not usually sore or achy the next day. But I have noticed in a short time (less than 2 months) that im getting more toned and definition that I had lost during a few years of not working out. I feel stronger and have noticed that I'm not sore after doing things (like household chores or lifting luggage) that used to make me sore or wear me out. Thanks to all the great people at Body Language!!
I really value my time working one on one with Claire. She has helped me gain so much strength and stability in a few short months that I had lost due to a long illness. She also helped me get strong enough to be confident enough to join live classes as well. I cannot recommend working with her enough!

After missing a regular Pilates class for several years, I found Body Language Pilates in my own neighborhood and I’m so glad I did. I’m back to a weekly semi-private and it’s amazing. Sami is great at managing our different skill levels and making every week a different and challenging class. She’s clearly experienced and passionate about teaching. I highly recommend giving this studio a try no matter your experience level.
