She runs her business so professionally, is clear about her expectations from her client and how best she can serve you, and made me feel comfortable from the moment we spoke on the phone to book. She is kind, welcoming, has a positive attitude, explains the sugaring process, and is extremely efficient. I have been going to different hair removal studios for 15+ years and I will never try anywhere else. If I could give 10 stars I would.
