Someone needs to polish the lanes and clean the bowls. All sticky, can’t play properly. Fun fun but could be better for the money
Alrighty, let's go over the list, and in the end, you decide what to do: 1. It is kind of pricey, at 26 USD per hour, I expected a bit more everything; a bit more of cleanliness, a bit more organized, a bit more of availability of bowling balls and tables, a better menu, a better sevice. 2. Not all is bad, I liked that they were nice enough to change my shoes after I got a number too small. They helped me out, no fuss about it. 3. Going back to 1, I had to ask some folk to move their butts off our table as they had taken over three tables for their drinks, jackets, shoes, and whatnot. I feel someone should be regulating this. They were nice people, it was no problem, it was just uncomfortable. 4. Their selection of bowling balls is rather limited, and when your business is bowling, you're doing it wrong. 5. They're expecting to host at least 30 lanes, but their restroom facilities can barely hold 4 people at once. When does it become a lack of business sense instead of greed? I call greed! Even though the experience was mostly good and fun, good and fun, you get from your people, not necessarily from a place, and had I taken my family for a walk in a park or whataver, I would've fun just as much fun. I don't think I'll be coming back here. But you do you. Cheers!
I have been here a couple times, but most recently, with my Fiance and our blended family on 2/22/2020. We arrived around 6pm. It was very dark inside with all the lights off. The music was so loud that it was blaring and you had to yell at the person next to you just so they could hear you. It was hot in there from all the people. The lanes were packed. I couldn't find a ball that fit my fingers. There were no balls left on the racks to choose from. The people in the lane next to us were rude. They were eating at our table before we arrived. When we showed up, we had to ask them to leave and then they just left their mess. They stood in our way, blocked access to our lane. This really set the tone for the whole trip. I paid for 2 hours but we ended up leaving after about 45 minutes. I never tried to get a refund for the time we did not use. The food was just ok. I didn't realize that the pizza came with salt. I thought it was Parmesan cheese, like in the USA, because it was so dark, I couldn't tell the difference and ended up with a ton of salt on my pizza. Overall, the experience on 2/22/2020 wasn't fun or enjoyable.
Personalmente vengo aquí a jugar un poco de billar con mi familia o simplemente a relajarme un rato. No he usado las boleras aún, pero vengo aquí por el billar. Hay 4 mesas cerca de la entrada, a la derecha, y un par más cerca de la caja registradora. Si esas ya están ocupadas, hay 4 más en una zona más privada con un bar adentro, lo cual es bastante agradable. Hay meseras que pasan para preguntar si necesitas una bebida o comida, también si no quieres caminar hasta el puesto de comida. Sé que hay una zona VIP para las mesas de billar en la planta alta, pero no he subido allí. Hoy pagué 100 pesos por 2 horas o 1 hora y 55 minutos, para ser exactos; de lo contrario me cobrarían por otra hora si se pasa el tiempo. Te entregan un boleto con tu tiempo marcado para llevar el control. Por lo demás, este lugar es agradable, con música y una gran multitud por la noche. Prueba este lugar si tienes tiempo.
Las pistas de bolos aquí son terribles. Algunas pueden darte una hora de alquiler y solo 30 minutos o menos de tiempo de juego. Afortunadamente, el personal es excelente y se dan cuenta de este problema; te reubicarán en otra pista o te compensarán de alguna manera. Algunas bolas de bolos están agrietadas. Las mesas de billar están en buenas condiciones y también los tacos. No creo que vuelva aquí para jugar bolos, pero sí para jugar billar.
