A nice and easy transaction. With my purchase being just after Christmas, the FLX 10 that I wanted wasn’t in stock so I ordered it in store. The team kept me up to date with progress, even answering some queries I had whilst waiting for delivery. Once it arrived, I received a call letting me know it was ready for collection. Can’t fault their customer service. A+ !
Great selection of headphones to demo and compare. Appreciated the friendly staff help and knowledge, so good to have real shops with real experts vs buying stuff blindly online. Walked away super happy with a pair of great beyerdynamic headphones that ended up half the price of the ones I was originally looking at! I also had my laptop on me and could hook that up and hear my own tunes through them. Thanks guys! :)
I have recently bought online Maschine mk3. There was some issue with next and next next day delivery and I was pretty dissapointed because of that. I have contacted customer care and Sam and his Team have resolved this very professionally. I have also visited Bristol shop to try and buy heqdphones and Dan wqs extremly helpfull helped me to chooze right inpedance, ch eked all modela ans types for me. They have price matched the ines I have chosen. Oerall very happy with BOP and I can very much recommed to shop here.
Bop DJ is genuinely my go-to place for DJ, production and sound equipment. The staff are extremely friendly and always keen to help. I’ve made a fair few orders over the years, and any issues I’ve had have been sorted quickly and without hassle. It’s also refreshing how responsive they are over the phone. The wait times are usually under five minutes, which is rare site to see these days. What really sets them apart though are the personal follow-up emails after purchasing. Getting a message wishing you well with your new gear and inviting you to reply if you need any help is such a nice touch, and something more companies should be doing instead of feeling cold and corporate. Big shout-out to Tony and the rest of the team at the Bristol campus for consistently great service. Highly recommended.
I recently visited the store to get my XDJ-AZ decks and to get my streaming all up and running, and the service was excellent. Tony was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, assisting me with the purchase and making sure everything was set up correctly. The kit is amazing for the value, and I’m absolutely chuffed to bits with my purchase, including the Adam speakers, the sound quality is spot on! I couldn’t ask for any more, and it was well worth the journey to their Bristol shop. The team were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on customer service. Thanks again, Tony, for all your assistance. I’ll definitely be back soon for some add-ons!
