After spending the morning hiking in Umstead State Park, we made a stop at this bakery because I had read a recommendation on a Facebook page (This is Raleigh). It was a cute little spot where we enjoyed a chocolate croissant and a ham and cheese croissant with two hot teas. We love to visit the local shops and stay away from a chain so this was a treat again with delicious food.

I’m so excited for Raleigh to have more spaces like this that make amazing fresh bakery items with some of the best coffee in the area. The citrus chocolate latte is a must try! Their morning bun is terrific with the just the right amount of cinnamon, sugar and gooeyness. The chocolate chip cookies looked popular but I didn’t care for it too much. If only they had more seating!

This was my first time here after discovering them on TikTok and I had to try! They have a great assortment of baked goods and breads. They also have specialty coffee drinks for this Holiday season. The morning bun and the iced latte drink I ordered were delicious. I am definitely coming back again!

I feel so fortunate to live locally to Boulted Bread, it’s one of my favorite places. their treats are delicious and made fresh, their staff are lovely and welcoming, and the coffee is always great. be prepared for a line in the morning on weekends (it’s worth the wait). if you get there a little later in the morning, you’ll be able to get the focaccia which has a different flavor each week and always hits the spot.

Hands down to one of the best bakeries I've been able to try in the US. Everything was well balanced, not too sweet, nor greasy. Nice Textures overall with some clever ingredients combinations. Everything I've tried was tasteful, including the egg tarts (and I was surprised to find them here). I'll definitely have to come back.
