Very easy to order online and it was nice to see the option to split the payment. Their cancellation and inclement weather policy was another reason we chose them (much better than other places we looked at - but luckily the weather was great for our event) The day of our event was completely easy and seamless. They set up and tore down quickly and were discrete. The kids had a blast and loved the one we rented. Would definitely use again and recommend!
My daughter and the kids had fun time with this bounce house. I would highly recommend to this company. They delivered and picked after we were done. Great experience with this establishment. My daughter loved it👌
I had a great experience with the team. Communication is entirely through text and email, which is fine, but if you expect to talk on the phone with someone, that’s not going to happen. The team dropped it off on time, set it up and cleaned it up with no issues. The team was very kind and accommodating. Definitely recommend for bounce house rentals. They have the best selection
This is our 5th time using Bounce Houses of Ohio and they are fantastic to work with. Their communication is easy & fast, the people that come and set up are always nice and professional. Truly a great set of people. The variety of options are also really nice and the inflatables are always clean when they get to us. We will continue using them for all our block parties. I highly recommend them!!!!
Great communication and very professional. I have rented two bounce houses this past month and both bounce houses were a hit at the two birthday parties! Bounce houses were very clean and guidelines for use were very easy to follow. The young men doing the setup and tear down were very quick and efficient. Overall I have had a great experience both times.
