We had our son’s 8th birthday here. The amenities, food and party host Michaela were all great. Definitely worth paying for the Ultimate Party! Only thing is the aircon system could be improved. But we spoke to the lovely manager that time and she was apologetic and offered us some cold water with ice for our group but there’s nothing much she could’ve done about it. It was a great experience overall!
How well-organised and professional the staff are. Hudson the event manager had been so helpful and accommodating to last min requests of changing the meals options. Rory and Darcy are the stars for the morning, made it stress-free for our family to enjoy the party. Rory as the host has great communication and kept us updated with the time frame during the session. They even provide all bits and pieces for party, even the cake knife and spatula. This was our first time having our child’s bday at a venue and we highly recommend this!
A great treat for kids. My 7yr old daughter had a blast! She even made a new friend too.
The play area, cafe tables, chairs, and restroom facilities are maintained to a high standard. The staff provides excellent service, and the children appear to be enjoying themselves.
Our grandchildren loved this place. Lots of bouncing, wall climbing and zip wires. A good adventure under controlled conditions. Cafe served chips so all happy with that. Best if kids wear trainers. Ours had Crocs and these aren't so good for the job.
