Been to several bowling alleys in my lifetime! Bowlero West End definitely stands out amongst all of them. Besides being clean they have plenty of bowling balls to choose from, they offer a variety of food and drinks, Have an arcade and the staff is simply amazing. Every time I have been there, I have been greeted with a smile and a genuine respect that they are happy to see us. Brennan is the most friendly, Kind hearted empathetic human being I’ve come across in this current world we live in. He is always willing to take the extra steps to make sure we receive incredible service during the time we are there. Whether it’s bring us a A cup of water help finding the right bowling ball or just a simple smile he always makes our experience fun. Last week I went with some friends for the night bowling special (what an amazing deal). Christopher, the general manager happened to be there that night, and he also treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. He even checked on us to make sure everything was running smoothly. What a nice guy. For those who want to go bowling this is the place to go. For those who want to experience, general empathy, kindness, morality, and just good people I would highly recommend going to Bowlero West End
Nice, clean, and spacious facility. The staff was very attentive. They were able to accommodate our large group ranging from ages 2 to 72. The kids really loved the arcade. Definitely a place to take the family.
It was really fun and great service! We were traveling through so not regulars but had great food, a little arcade section with a few games, airhockey and claw machines. The floor is SO slippery where you bowl. If it wasnt so slippery, id give it a 5 star review but it was like slipping on thin ice every time we bowled 🤣 but a very fun great time The picture i have up he didnt fall, I was doing a shot for a now and then photo 🥰
I went here with my best friend twice. We had a blast. 💥 I truly enjoyed my time here. I was disappointed with the arcade and how small it was but the food & drinks were good. We went for an afternoon outing. The place was nice and very large. *Keep that in mind if you arrive and the parking lot looks full. We expected the place to be jammed with people when we saw all the vehicles, but there was plenty of elbow room. The staff person was very pleasant. The lanes, facility, scoring system were all good. We didn't have any food or beverages here.
