I joined the beginner class with zero experience and a lot of nervousness, but the instructors made everything so easy, fun, and welcoming from the very first day. The vibe is upbeat, the studio is super clean, and every class leaves you smiling and wanting more. I’m honestly amazed by how quickly I started to enjoy it. You feel relaxed, at home, even when you have two left feet. The coaching, encourage nourished my spirit to continue, to try. I've had a few spine surgeries. There is nothing like dancing, to improve your life. This IS much better, than physical therapy. and yes, you will have sore muscles. It's the right place to learn.
