Food is good and healthier and better than average ingredients. They have gluten free options. Small on site parking lot that can be full quick. No reservations. The wait can be long on busy days. One clean restroom. Good service. Dog friendly. Indoor and covered outdoor dining.
Made a visit last week and enjoyed the food, wasn't something to review about until today when we ordered it for pick up. Ordered the San Diego Benedict. Got home to discover there wasn't any hollandaise sauce... Not on the Benedicts, and not in the bag.... There was butter, jam, syrup and their mystery ketchup. But no hollandaise ..... How do you forget hollandaise sauce for an order of eggs Benedict. Atmosphere gets two stars because I swear it smelled like pee while I was there and we were sitting inside so idk what that was about.
Had a great experience here. My server Tyler was great! I didn’t know what to get and he recommended the chilaquiles. They looked great and tasted even better! Tyler checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Can’t recommend enough!
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant for brunch on a Sunday morning. We ordered quite a bit, and every dish was delicious! The strawberry marscapone fresh toast was warm and comforting. The chilaquiles came with a hearty portion of eggs, beans, and rice. The eggs benedict had an addictive hollandaise sauce with delicious breakfast potatoes on the side. My favorite part would probably be my drink, out of everything. I got the Breakfast Republic specialty latte, and it tasted almost like a horchata, very cinammony and sweet. A very satisfying way to start the day! Just be aware, there is only one restroom and there is often a line to use it.
We visited Breakfast Republic yesterday and, as always, had a fantastic experience! We've dined here multiple times, and it never disappoints. The menu is extensive, the food consistently delicious, and they offer excellent vegan options alongside great coffee. While it can get crowded (for good reason), we usually sit at the bar, which adds to the cozy charm. I ordered the Vegan Veggie Pesto Frittata, and my boyfriend had the Cluck Madame Benny--both were absolutely delicious. Portions are generous, so come hungry!
