Absolutely terrible experience. Communication was nonexistent — emails and calls went unanswered for weeks at a time. Took my money, disappeared, and avoided addressing any questions or concerns. When problems came up, they refused to take any accountability and instead dodged responsibility at every turn. This firm is all about collecting fees, not helping clients. Save yourself the frustration and find an attorney who actually cares about your case.
Awful. If I could give zero stars I would. Never in my life would I recommend this firm. They failed to go over everything with us properly and are blaming us for their failures. Unfortunately, they are still asking for even more compensation to fix their mistakes. Never again.
Absolutely terrible experience. They do not communicate, they take your money, and leave you in worse situations than when you started. After years of trust, we were left feeling betrayed and abandoned. Save yourself the stress and find someone who will actually care about your case.
