I’m very thankful for having a local wine store like this in the neighborhood. Service is above expectations
This store has undergone an EXTREME makeover. Apparently they are under new ownership and it shows! Their inventory is incredible and the layout of store is so much nicer than I remember it being. Their prices are super competitive considering their location and it’s my go to store for all my wine and liquor purchases! 5 stars!
I was a weekly customer of this place for several years until they recently changed ownership. They raised their prices and charge a 3.5% service fee for card transactions (which they do not disclose)! Who pays with cash nowadays anyway?! They also discontinued a 10% building resident discount. You just lost loyal customer.
RIP OFF!!!! they recently changed ownership and are completely taking advantage of people. They are enticing you and almost forcing you to pay with Cash because if you pay with a card they completely rip you off with a service fee. Who pays with cash now a days? And why high service charges of 3.5%+ to pay with a card? Not a smart way to do business imo. You will be loosing customers this way and you definitely just lost one. Not buying from them anymore! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
If you live in the neighborhood and need something quick, they offer convenience. However, the store is dirty and products are overpriced. If you order something on sale from their website - they will not honor the sale price. They claim that they do not run their website. Truly unbelievable. Their entrance pretty much sums up their operation (see pictures).
