I am visiting from the UK and was in desperate need for my nails redoing. The team at Brisbane Nail Bar were so helpful and welcoming and I was so impressed with the quality of their work. I had acrylic removal and a new set with design and the whole process from start to finish was perfect. The team were very understanding, communicated well and constantly asked if I was happy with everything. They also provided a free drink. Would recommend this salon to anyone in Brisbane!
Brisbane Nail Bar absolutely brought my nails back to life after I completely destroyed them with a deep clean of my house. They now look amazing, and I feel well and truly ready for my 50th birthday 🎉 I was so impressed with Katelyn, who started my nails with great care and attention, and Emily, who did the application and painting beautifully (the finish is flawless). The owner was also incredibly lovely and checked in on the progress, which made the whole experience feel very personal and welcoming. The salon itself is beautiful, the staff are warm and professional, and the little touches make such a difference… including the option of a sparkling beverage (or cocktail!) while you’re being pampered. After a long day, that was such a treat 🥂 Highly recommend for both the results and the experience. Also not far from local hotels. I’ll definitely be back. 💅✨
The experience here is truly priceless. Best nail salon in Brisbane! ❤️ The staff are friendly, warm, and professional in everything they do. From the moment you walk into the shop, you feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. I felt so relaxed that I even fell asleep during the service. It was absolutely worth every dollar — such a beautiful gift to my heart for Christmas and the New Year 2026. Blessings to all the wonderful staff here. ❤️✨
I visited this salon a few days ago and left feeling disappointed. The owner took the time to look up my number from the bookings so she could call me back and offer to redo the nail reconstruction to my liking. Today, after having the service done again, I’m very satisfied and happy that I returned to the salon! The owner was extremely kind, and the technician who took care of my nails did an excellent job. I’m really happy with the result and I will definitely come back!
I’ve been going here pretty consistently for several months. I always book my appointments ahead of time. There’s like no point. Consistently I walk in when I’m booked and they’re full. One time they had me waiting over an hour past my appointment time before they started my nails. I come in at my appointment time and they sit 3 girls in front of me and then I’m waiting. No idea how long I will be waiting past my appointment time. I understand that taking walk-ins is important for business but this is like so disrespectful to regular’s time. Wouldn’t be a big deal if it was once or twice but nearly every single appointment I am waiting. Nails are good quality but staff can be rude at times, especially the older gentleman. These guys have great pricing and good quality work and that’s the only reason I keep going back. There’s a younger man who works here I think his name is Charlie - and he’s always a delight.
