In this same vein, Britney’s forthrightness and up-front honesty through the home search process created a high level of trust that grew with each call to review houses. As first-time and out-of-state homebuyers, she gave detailed advice on what to avoid in houses and communities in Las Vegas, and what to look for. She could spot shoddy home ‘improvements’ to be avoided, and pointed out upgrades that were highly sought after. We always took her insights to heart, knowing she was not going to let us compromise our financial future, settle for a subpar house, or be stuck with a house that would be a battle to resell. Both Britney and Angelina were always willing to work around different time zones and our family’s weird work schedules, and they also were available to answer the ten thousand questions and clarifications we asked along the way, with great patience and attention to detail. Angelina was wonderful in hosting home showings over FaceTime, giving us a wonderful idea of the spaces, features, and flow of the houses we viewed. When it came time to put in offers and negotiate closing costs, Britney was a rockstar - she is absolutely who you want! She knows the market like the back of her hand, has a keen sense of when to push for a better deal and when to see that the best deal is already on the table, and even more importantly to me, she is upright and honest in her business dealings. She doesn’t play games or mess around - she is the kind of person that my husband and I wanted to represent us in places where we were not present. The whole team has been nothing but excellent, and we couldn’t be more grateful and appreciative!
