I felt I was walking through a prison when I opened the doors. The person that works there that day was helpful but everything was locked up and behind the counter. I couldn't shop like I wanted to. Then I finally find what I'm looking for and it's doubled priced. On Walmart website it's 14 dollars she sells it for 31. I didn't have time for shipping because I needed it for that day. I showed her it's original price across all selling platforms and she yes I sell it for 31. Needless to say I didn't get it got some spray for my hair and left. I wil not be returning. I will do some research and find another Hair store.
Good haircare product place. They provide a variety of different products for black haircare, along with wigs and weave. I purchased Wave styling lotion and the staff was friendly and courteous.
Very bad experience and very poor customer service. I tried to ask for help and the owner was rude she said that you want me to follow you and it’s not Safeway and you help yourself and also she was yelling rather than listening to me and my comment. I will never shop at the store
Very nice new location better then the last one I got the rubber bands with the little balls in the ends like growing up using they have a lot of nice wigs and ponytail plus they have a water for refilling your bottles so make sure you stop by if you need anything for your hair or nails they got jewelry they got good prices too
