So were can start with this kennel this kerry should give ya head a wobble booked my 1t month rottweiler in as we was going away on a Wednesday and she was apost to be dropped off Tuesday afternoon only to are understanding that unfortunately my dog came into season which she about 3/4days into it at this point when I my girlfriend rang the kennels this kerry woman stated no shes not allowed in as it states on our website and dogs had been renowned for breaking down kennel doors,(should have better doors then). Then this women goes on to say well if she was 1 or 2 days may have considered it get an absolute grip its either she can or she can't make your mind up had me girlfriend in tears and no sympathy chatting not your problem some public skills you their. And also suggests that someone pops into our home for 1 hour a day is absolutely ridiculous offering advice like that.
Our pup has stayed at Brookhouse Farmhouse Dog Boarding a couple of times now and we couldn’t recommend them enough! Kerri and staff have such a caring nature with our pup that it made leaving her so much easier. Lou Lou will be returning soon. Thank you.
Our 2 frenchie boys stayed here for the last 2 weeks. They kept us updated as to how the boys were getting on and sent us regular pictures of them. On all the pictures they looked as though they were completely relaxed, happy and having a great time. Kerry and her team deliver a great service at a very reasonable price. Our boys will be returning next year without a doubt. We 1000% recommend to everyone and if I could give more than 5 ⭐ I would. Thank you all so much.
Cannot praise Kerry and her family enough. George has visited Brookhouse a number of times now and although anxious at leaving me when he first gets out of the car, the minute he spots Kerry, he jumps straight up at her and forgets me as I'm driving off. He's too busy having his tummy rubbed and being cuddled. George was scared of other dogs and somehow, Kerry has changed this too (secret dog whisperer?) If I text Kerry, she always updates me with George's progress but I prefer Kerry to not to text spontaneously as I would worry that George was anxious. I love George but what's that phrase??? No news is good news?? Kerry is there at the end of the phone if needed but it George is happy, that's part of the process of us trusting Kerry and team to look after him! Would never leave George anywhere else. It's good for him to be with other dogs, he gets the run of the grass area and gets fussed!!! Would highly recommend Brookhouse Farmhouse and Kennels. You know their life is just dedicated to looking after the dogs. (First pic is George shattered after his holiday and the others are from his holiday with Kerry x)
I want to thank Kerry Lee and their amazing team for once again giving the best care to my beautiful dog Freya. I have used brook house farm kennels for over 11 years with all my dogs and would never go to anyone else . My little Freya is an al white Maltese who comes home all the time nice and clean and white thanks to the care she receives . I love how my dogs always go back to Kerry for xtra kisses and hugs when we go home that speaks volumes to me of the love they received in their care. Thanks again Kerry for everything❤️ I would never have any other person caring for my dogs since using your amazing service xx
