Had my son's birthday party here, we found the staff very attentive, and everyone had a great time bowling. Very family friendly.
Hung out tonight with family we had such a great time we bowled ate drank everything was wonderful we'll definitely be back
There was a lady in the front asking little kids for IDs. Harassing little kids. I came for the kid's bowl free and she was asking them for IDs to bowl. I feel like she was being very racist. For the owner and their response, it's unfair for the treatment my family experienced. No member of my family was near the bar and I'm not stupid I know you have to ID when serving liquor. I would appreciate it if you read the review better because it doesn't make sense for you to say something about alcohol when I said something about kids. We can definitely discuss this further because racist is real in this world.
This place is the quintessential hometown bowling alley with styling out of different era. Remodeling would take away from the charm. Great for families but has accessibility issues. It’s not a large place but just the right amount of cozy. There was a bar, sand volleyball courts, and outdoor patio. The women’s restroom did have a space where you could change a diaper. It was nice the computer system let you change multiple themes (ocean, prehistoric, etc.)- this added fun animation and variety.
We had a family "get together" for 24+ people at BDL. April 22 from 12:30-2:30p. We reserved 3 lanes with a max of 7 persons per lane; which was fine, as some were socializing and were not going to bowl. We prepaid each lane $80($240Total). This price included 2 hours, 3 pizzas, shoes and the 3 lanes, of course. The more people in your party, the cost per person is reduced. The facility was clean, the service was friendly and, to my surprise, the pizza was really good!! Parking was ample, they do serve alcohol. In addition, we had 3 separate reserved tables, included in the total! Tip: When requesting your shoe size, go up a 1/2 size larger, your feet will thank you. I learned the hard way, ouch!!.🙂 We had a great time and will be going back again❣
