Both my wife and I received a text promotion for $2 Tuesday on November 4, 2025. When my wife arrived, she was told it wasn’t available, with an employee claiming it ended at 12 PM, despite the text stating it was valid all day and their billboard advertising the promotion. They refused to let her leave without paying full price. I called shortly after and spoke to a manager, who then claimed the promotion wasn’t supposed to start until November 18. When I challenged their false advertising, I was told to call the corporate number on their website—which turned out to be the same number I had just dialed. We regularly use this car wash because it’s local, but so are plenty of other options. I hope losing future business over an $8 promotional scam was worth it.
Poor management practices at this location. Facilities are fine, but I specifically came to get an undercarriage blast after returning from the beach as to not do it myself. I went through and the undercarriage of my car was completely dry. The manager sent me through a second time on the highest setting which I appreciate, but still the same amount of sand under my car as before. I talked to the manager who claimed he watched the machine spray under my car and said it's probably dry because of the blowers. Meanwhile there is still sand just underneath my runners that flakes off with soft touch which would obviously be blown off by even just the blowers much less the water. This manager treated me with contempt and disrespect and didn't even show an understanding of his services offered questioning if the second tier wash even provides the undercarriage blast to begin with. I understand malfunctions happen, and I wasn't even going to ask for all my money back, just the five extra I paid for the second tier service. But being lied to and treated like a moron by the management is very frustrating. Incompetence at best and malice at worst. Wont be back sorry to say...
I got a free car wash and I had bird poop on my windshield. Car looks real clean and the bird poop gone. They even have a brush that’s goes over the top, the one near my house doesn’t have it. I thought that was cool
I am beyond impressed with this car wash! My car look like it’s brand new, and the whole process was so super smooth and efficient. The staff are friendly and professional. They walk around making sure towels are topped off and customers are getting what they expect. The place is super well-lit and clean, which makes it feel safe and easy to work after dark. The free towels are such a great touch, but please remember to return them so we can all keep enjoying this awesome service for free. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone!
Cool car wash, prices comparable to HEB car washes but you get extra cleaning here since a person cleans your windshield before you enter! Also enjoy the rainbow colored lights! Glad this one opened up by my house.
