Quickly repaired a pair of vintage eyeglasses for me. They look brand new again! So thankful they were willing to do an odd job.
I live 4 hours away. Came to the cities for a conference went to Rosedale mall and seen the most unique Topaz and diamond ring. I loved it. It was 50% off so they didn't offer holds or layaway. About 3 weeks later my husband called the store and told them we were coming back to the cities for our anniversary. They held the ring for me. It was half a size too big they sized it right there for me and was done by the end of the day. BEST service I have EVER had. I will send anyone here who is looking for real great quality jewelry. Even though I live far away I will still tell others if they can get to the cities to shop here. Absolutely can not rave enough how happy I am how beautiful thr jewelry and how great the service. I would give it 10 stars if that was an option. They went above and beyond and offer protection plans too.
With all due respect to the establishment that was clean and organized and has a great selection. The young miss does not know that I buy and sell over a million annually in jewelry and she made fun of me because I’m asking about that Tissot watch in Tiffany blue which was around 7 something a beater basically I would’ve liked to have but not over my self respect. Beside that I enjoyed the store
My favorite vintage frames broke yesterday morning. Buchkosky Jewelers fixed them in less than an hour. I’m excited to get another 27 years of wearing them now. Very much recommend their repair services!
When the Ray-Ban metal frames to my expensive prescription glasses broke, I quickly realized that very few places do actual eyeglass repair and that I might have to send them to a company in California (and would have to go for weeks without my glasses). Thankfully I found Buchkosky Jewelers nearby where I live, which examined my glasses and quoted me $79 to $99 to laser weld them back together. I went to the store about 20 minutes before closing time, after which the goldsmith had already left but repair was completed by 10am the next day, and I came to pick them up in late afternoon. They did an excellent job, and appreciate that they were honest upfront that I should consider this a temporary fix and disclosed that the weld will be more brittle than the original metal. While you can see the repair upon very close examination (as they said would be the case), it’s quite unnoticeable otherwise - the photo shows an area of silver metal next to the hinge, and they also straightened out the rest of the metal on my glasses, which I greatly appreciate. Buchkosky Jewelers is a highly professional business that I greatly recommend, and their excellent customer service and upfront honesty is in stark contrast to the many less scrupulous jewelers out there.
