They did such a great job. They were professional, informative, but not pushy or aggressive with their recommendations. Our furnace quit working on a holiday weekend with frigid temps and they showed up on the holiday and put in a new furnace. Very kind and did a great job! Very well priced, too!
Austin recently visited our home to perform the annual maintenance on our boiler system. His professionalism and friendliness were evident throughout the visit. We were looking for a heat pump which is not that easy to find in the KC area but fits our needs. Buckner's was very knowledgeable on geothermal as well as air to air. We ended up going with the Ultimate Lennox 22 SEER variable capacity cold climate system. It is truly a remarkable setup. For the installation they were ready to go before we were able to have it done, still it was completed within a week of our accepting the bid. On the day of installation they sent a full team of 4-5 guys to cover everything from the electrical, ductwork, installation, and final testing. When it was completed they also took the time to answer all of my questions and to show me how to make it work the best for our needs. As a tech in another industry I can appreciate the knowledge and craftsmanship of the guys on this team. I am extremely happy every aspect of this job and highly recommend Buckner's. Braden is an absolute legend. I had another company check out my furnace for the winter, they told me I had a bad situation and went straight to selling me a new furnace and AC. Braden came to give me a second opinion and did many tests of the system and really opened it up to fully diagnose. He answered 1 million questions and showed me so many things about my furnace and how it works. He told me that while my 20 year old system was in rough shape it was not nearly as dire of a situation as the other company told me. I got a quote from Buckners for the furnace as I am thinking of replacing it before it goes out and it was much less than the other company as well !
Very pleased with the service from Buckner’s. I have been through several HVAC companies and this company stands out. All of the techs are polite and professional. Edwin was particularly thorough and polite. He did an extremely thorough check up, took photos of my system and walked me through the findings including explaining to me what all of his findings mean. I like that Buckner’s calls me to schedule my seasonal checkups so I don’t have to remember to call. They have also flushed my water heater and I appreciate the reminders. Also appreciate every tech that has been to our home wears shoe covers, turns off lights and closes the closet doors.
