I have been practicing yoga at Buddah Bella for three years now. They have built an amazing community. The instructors are highly skilled but also and most important, very dedicated to what and how they teach and have so much connection with everyone attending their classes. I’ve been to many studios in Phoenix over the years and this is by far my favorite. They really care about each and every person.
This yoga studio is truly special! The energy is so peaceful and high-vibe, and everyone—from the teachers to the staff—makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. I love the variety of classes, from hot yoga and flow to yin, restorative, and kundalini. Each teacher brings such presence and inspiration, and the community here is kind, supportive, and heart-centered. I always leave feeling grounded, uplifted, and reconnected.
The perfect space to cultivate the inner conditions for a joyful, meaningful life. Deb and the team have created an environment where everyone feels welcome. The atmosphere is hardworking, kind, compassionate, disciplined, playful, and peaceful. Hands down one of the best yoga studios in the Valley, especially when it comes to the variety and depth of offerings.
A spiritual gem in the desert. After attending 70 classes at different studios since August, I can say with complete certainty that nothing has come close to the experience I had a Buddha Bella in Phoenix. From the moment I walked through the archways outside, I was struck by its atmosphere. The space is more than beautiful - it's sacred. Every detail, from the decor, to the lighting to the energy and scent in the air, feels intentionally designed to guide you inward. The instructor, Deby, embodied true wisdom and presence. She didn't just lead a class, she held a space for soul transformation. Her guidance felt intuitive, grounded, and connected to something greater. When I return to Phoenix, I know this will be the sanctuary I return to again and again. If you're considering getting your YTT or dropping in for a class, I wholeheartedly encourage you to explore Buddha Bella. You won't only learn yoga - you'll awaken something within yourself. I love Buddha Bella Healing Center so much! I have taken classes there, have attended womens circles, used the cold plunge, sauna and vibration platform and loved them all! I also really enjoy the infrared hot yoga classes. I feel like my muscles and spine are opened after taking them. I highly recommend checking it out!
