Very long wait for food. We were late for our scheduled after dinner activity
The food and service was excellent! Great time had with our family.
Horrible service. Very rude. Didn’t check in on meals, no bread, no second drink offer. Waited 2 hours for meal. When it came time to pay the check we wanted to leave a cash tip and when we selected no tip on credit card machine the server hovered over us and questioned the service. When we tried to leave a cash tip he came over and argued with us so we left nothing at all. He never gave us a chance to even leave one. He was rude and arrogant and didn’t even try to fix anything. Very very displeased
I recently dined at this steakhouse and was impressed by the amazing food and service. The tenderness and flavor of the steak were excellent, though I must note that the advertised 55-day dry aging was not evident of the distinct rich, nutty, or earthy flavor profile I expected. As a connoisseur of high-end steakhouses and a frequent consumer of Snake River Farms Dry Aged, the difference was evident. Despite this, the overall experience was enjoyable. The attentive waiter, though pleasant, forgot our to-go bag. The extended wait for the food, was most likely attributed to a full restaurant, so is forgivable. One suggestion for improvement is to lower the temperature, as the ambiance was a bit too warm, especially during winter visits. Hence, my rating stands at 4 stars.
