Shane was amazing…. He showed up hella fast and figured out what was up then fixed it, even quicker. Thank you for everything. It had been a long day already and the person called prior was already talking about being here for 5/6 hours 😩 but Shane was in and out within 2.5 and the hold up was turning off the street water which was out of his control!
We have worked with Butter Plumbing since 2019. Our tankless water heater needed inspection and we had a potential water leak. After calling Butter Plumbing, Colton came out the very next day. Everything checked out with the water heater and there was no leak; it was a stain from a prior issue. Thank you to Colton and Butter Plumbing!!!
The tech had a little trouble getting to my place on time but Butter Plumbing made it right, on a Sunday, no less. The tech was apologetic and pleasant. He quickly let me know what the issue was, assured me he could fix it and did, promptly and for a reasonable price. I am pleased with the service I received. Thank you, Butter Plumbing!
