Fresh beers and good prices
I’m not usually rating the local BWS store, but the store manager here was great. His advice about the local beers was spot on. Friendly dude, good advice, go and support these guys.
Friendly staff, happy with the service. Bought a bottle of champagne and the price special had expired however they honoured the listed ticket price. 10/10 would recommend.
This is my local BWS, about 15-20 mins walk away. Their service is usually great & I shop there for rewards benefits aswell as convenience. I have to express my complete dissatisfaction however (which may not be any fault of the store & staff), which occurred a few weeks back ordering online for the first time when I was housebound. Please see attached. My compensation was a refund. No apology I might add for the completely unreliable service!
No more Pines Fine Wines!!! The old haunt has been taken over by the giant, BWS. Nothing has changed really. Lots of chilled display fridges. Plenty of quality wine in the upstairs section. You certainly pay a bit extra for such convenience.
