Excellent 5star service from Cairns event hire Scotland. Plenty of advice only a phone call away. Easy to order what we needed in the way of cutlery, crockery, glasses, a tea urn and other assorted items. Everything was extremely good quality. I was able easily to change my order when I knew how many guests were coming and was welcome to do so. Very pleasant and helpful people manning the phones. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again….
We used Cairns for our son's 30th birthday party. They supplied cutlery, crockery and glassware for 60 people. From start to finish they were outstanding, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. When my husband returned everything, he said the staff were very engaging and wanted to know how the night had went. Also received my deposit in full back within 24 hours of return. Definitely will use them again and would recommend to everyone.
Hired some plates/glasses/cutlery from them and returned every item which was given to us. They then sent emails saying we needed to pay for items that were not given to us. The manager became really aggressive and rude when I tried to ask him about it - something quite suspicious here. Probably best to avoid
We used Cairns for our wedding for plates, linen, glasses etc. Their delivery guy was absolutely lovely, made sure that everything was alright and was super efficient. We had a couple of minor issues during the hire which were discussed with the owners and solved no bother. All of them, from the lady doing the bookings to the owner were great and really helpful.
Straight forward , great communication reasonably priced, will definitely use them again!
