Rachel prvided excellent communication and continual updates while work being done. Everyone I talk to their was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend. I jackknife my truck and dented the back panel and they fixed it up nice!
The shop was very good at keeping us informed regarding the status of the repair. Also, the quality of the repair was excellent. However, the repair took far too long. It took just over three weeks to do a simple bumper cover.
I was extremely pleased with customer service and the quality of the repairs on my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. They even repaired things the truck that had been poorly done by other shops in the past. They send text messages periodically to keep me informed of the progress of the repairs. The truck almost looks new. I strongly recommend Caliber Collision for repair! They are contracted with USAA with covered all expenses except for my deductible. I would not go anywhere else.
Caliber Collision is by far the best body shop I have used for repair work on my car. The whole experience was A+. They texted updates on the repair process and status 3 times a week which was very much appreciated. It's not something I have experienced with any other body shop. The staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Thank you so much to all of the staff!
Took a little longer then exp expected the first time my car was here but I guess that's what happens when you drive an Audi and have to get parts shipped from here Germany. Was worried at first that the parts being replaced wouldn’t be the same quality but everything was OEM an it looked amazing. Got in an accident a couple months later and already knew where I wanted to take the car. But When I took my car in the second time the lady doing the first inspection pointed out a spot on my front bumper where it looked like the paint chiped. Hopefully this can get touched up when they are doing the car
