Fantastic customer service experience. Went by 30 min to close with a last minute need for a frame check as part of a used car buy. Manager, Jake, overheard me, stepped out of his office and volunteered to personally look it over. Proceeded to talk me through his review for 15 minutes out in the cold weather; additionally educating and answering my questions along the way. Polite. Knowledgeable. Even noticed a wheel liner out of line and he offered to pin it up. Earned my future business. Doing good work is one thing. Having the option to opt out; and stepping up to do the right thing is a whole other level. Thank you Jake!
Rear end repair, Justice and Kristine were both kind and helpful for the entire process. Took about 3 weeks in December and cost around 4300$, but this did take place during the holidays and insurance was used to cover it. I’m happy with the work and would recommend doing business with this locations team.
Thank you to Justice and everyone at Caliber Collision! I had been to another location years ago and they did a good job, but the location on Exposition knocked it out of the park! Everyone is friendly, and they work with Enterprise so you have a ride to pick up a rental car. They were quick with the repairs and my car was ready a day early! When I picked up my car it looked completely brand new! They did an amazing job on the repairs and even detailed the inside of my car. Thank you to Justice and the whole team for making this experience so easy and stress free. I hope I never get into another accident, but if I do, I know I will be coming here!
I had a smooth and stress free experience here at Caliber thanks to Justice Rich and the team of people here. Justice was friendly yet professional and kept me updated without me having to ask which I appreciate. Definitely gave me reassurance my car was in good hands. The staff was efficient and kind and the quality of work on my car was excellent. Highly recommend this location for anyone who wants both great service and genuine care.
I had a great experience with this location. Timelines were clearly communicated and the work was completed within that time frame. Justice was amazing and definitely goes out of her way to make you feel taken care of. General manager Jake went above and beyond to work around my schedule to correct one minor issue and another problem that was truly my own fault, when he really didn't have to. He was friendly and professional and also clearly knows the auto body craft inside and out.
