Went to the shop with what I had been told was a scratch that a body shop needed to repair. The technician came out and immediately determined that I did not need to leave my car for repair. I went to this location because I had used them in the past. Would highly recommend.

I came there distressed because of my car accident! Especially since you know you can barely survive North Carolina without a car. Chris and the rest of the staff treated me well and got my car done quicker than the original estimate. They kept in communication and provided updates throughout the week! The pricing was fair and he kindly put effort in getting the specific parts that I wanted for my car! Wish I had a chance to thank him in person afterwards! Caliber did an awesome job replacing my bumper and the integrated front parking sensors after a recent accident. They were super quick and everything was completed correctly the first time. Both the inside and the outside of my car came back to me cleaner than it was when I brought it in.
