I took my vehicle in due to an accident that I had to get repairs. I met with Jerry the day of and I was advised I would get my car back by January 9th. During the process of my car getting repairs done, Jerry made sure I was updated with every detail and process they were on with the repairs. I got a call that my vehicle was ready a day earlier. I picked up my vehicle and it was back to looking like brand new! Jerry noticed I had some scratches on the front of my vehicle that was not apart of the repairs. He buffed it out and now you can barely see the scratch marks! Very blessed that I chose this company for my vehicle repairs. Highly recommended!
Surely I can’t be the first person to complain about how awesome this place is? The first to say way to have my car done a week sooner, way to keep me informed through the entire process, way to provide perfect customer service, way to always answer the phone, to be kind, to get it done under the cost expectation. I mean, shame on you. How dare you do the opposite of 98% of businesses in America. Surely everyone complains about these things since we’re used to the opposite right?! I mean even Jiffy Lube takes 90 minutes, over charges you and basics makes you feel like you’re annoying them by even pulling up. Aside from that this is the first positive mechanics experience in my 30+ years of driving that has been good. If I were long I would close down every single mechanic in the nation that didn’t model themselves after this Caliber Collision location. 5 stars doesn’t even say it right. Absolute perfection from the moment you got my car. Shout out to Audra! She answered every single call. She was happy, kind, knowledgeable and should teach classes on front door leadership and being the voice and face of a company. You’re amazing Audra! Shout out to Louie for being the leader of the project and the support, tech and human he is. Shout out to the leaders and owners for creating such a positive location and business. Last thing I’ll say is you’re lucky I don’t run an auto shop. If I did I’d be stealing those two and tripling their salary. I don’t care what they make, they deserve so much more. (Not talking bad about your pay or benefits. Haha. Just making a point that those two people are why I can speak so highly of your business. I’ll call you out and send everyone I can your way. I just got my car back after having hail damage repaired. I couldn't be happier. The car is beautiful. Daniel was awesome. It was ready a week earlier than expected. It was detailed and they even topped off my tires air. Highly recommend!

I'm beyond grateful for the repairs on my corolla. From start to finish, it was a great experience after an unfortunate accident. Peter was amazing and kept me updated throughout the process. My car now looks newer than the day I bought it. And it was returned to me spotless. I hope I never have to use a repair shop again, but if I do, I know who to go to
