Both Dr B and Dr C are THE BEST! They take such good care of their patients in such a personal way and it’s so nice to be in a woman empowerment atmosphere. I feel like I am at home when I am there.
I’ve only had once visit so far but it was absolutely fantastic! Very smooth and streamlined. All in all, my entire appointment only took 20 min (including wait time and scheduling), but it didn’t feel rushed. I absolutely love my new doctor (Dr. Ford)! Excellent bedside manner, very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. My issue has already started to subside after two days. Highly recommend this office!!!
The nurse practitioners are always great and have the expertise. Office is clean. That’s the reason why I like this practice. Only down side are the phone and sometimes frontline customer services are never friendly, no smiles whatsoever. When I call in to request refill of prescription, the staff was rude and unhelpful and kept saying there is No guarantee instead of a better customer service experience that we will try our best. Definitely the phone staff and front desk needs service training. One way to do so is to have them on recorded lines like most Dermatology offices to monitor and keep their attitudes in check and provide necessary customer service training.
Can’t more highly recommend this office! I did a lot of price comparisons between different dermatologists in the area and no one came close to the quality care and low cost at C&B. When I met Dr. Boudreaux, she told me “I care more about getting my patients the care they want than getting the most money possible from them.” That’s my kind of doc! The office staff are all friendly and professional. The building is well curated and modern.
I have been a patient of Dr. Boudreaux for quite some time, and I am very happy with her diagnostics and work. On my most recent visit, I had to wait longer than usual to be called into the office. It was hot outside, and very cold inside, I assume to overcome the outside heat. So it wasn't all that comfortable for me. But the actual service was very good, as it always is.
