I am not a frequent jewelry shopper. I went into Campbell a few days before Christmas and spoke with Rich. He asked clear questions and guided me through selecting a necklace that fit my price range and my wife’s tastes. He finished the piece on the 23rd in time for Christmas. My wife loves the necklace and wears it everyday. The shopping experience was great and the next time I buy jewelry I will go to Campbell.
We had an amazing experience working with him and couldn’t recommend him more. He was honest and transparent throughout the entire process, which we really appreciated. He made my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands, and everything turned out exactly how we wanted. I showed him a photo of what I had in mind for the wedding bands and he sent over a mockup that somehow looked even better than the reference I shared. The quality and attention to detail were all incredible. We’ll definitely continue working with him for any future jewelry needs!
I was first referred to Campbell’s by a colleague years ago and they’ve been my jeweler ever since. They offer the kind of customer service, trust and expertise you can only find in a small multi-generational business. Most recently I had my wife’s wedding band and engagement ring repaired, resized and cleaned. The quality of their work was flawless, just as it has always been. Their prices are also very reasonable. I highly doubt you’ll ever find this place through a flashy marketing campaign, but rather through word of mouth of happy customers and thus, I write this review.
I recently came across Campbell Jewelers when looking to replace a ruby in my grandmother's ring and had the pleasure of working with Rich to create a custom engagement ring for my fiancé. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Rich was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the importance of GIA certification and the necessity of a sturdy setting. His expertise was evident throughout the entire process. Rich truly listened to our vision and crafted a beautiful, one-of-a-kind ring that sparkles brilliantly. He was also able to work quickly when our timelines unexpectedly sped up, ensuring everything was perfect for the big moment. If you're looking for a jeweler, I highly recommend Rich. He made our dream ring a reality! Bonus: he was available via text, helping keep the element of surprise and maintaining great communication.
Working with Rich from beginning to end was a seamless and fabulous experience. I had my mom's diamond engagement ring and wedding band remade at another jeweler across town and after several attempts to get it right, the craftsmanship from the other shop was not right. I brought my rings to Rich 6 weeks before my big day. I was so distraught when I came in the first time, but he was confident that he could get my design right. Rich was helpful in explaining that the symmetrical pattern of my ring was tricky, but mapped out small changes we could make to the design to make the ring more stable. Working together on these solutions was a fun part of the process to be involved in. Even with the modifications we decided on, the ring was quite difficult to make and it looks absolutely perfect. Rich has incredible talent and intuition for this craft. Furthermore, communication was great and he kept me posted with computer simulations of the ring design which was so reassuring during that stressful time. If you are an anxious person like me, I really can't recommend Rich enough. He was also super friendly to my puppy dog, who accompanied me to all appointments for even more emotional support!! In the end my rings are beautiful, everything I envisioned and more. Thanks Rich!!
