Very helpful. We learn a lot. Sanjeev helps you understand how meditation work. I have only been learning on YouTube but Sanjeev's teaching and perspective helps us understand it more and how to properly do it
Sanjeev is an amazing meditation practioner and he spent almost 2 hrs. in my first session on Monday, Aug 4th to analyze & understand my mental health while also explaining how the mind works. He taught me two out of the 9 types of meditation to practice daily and that is helping me immensley. Look forward to future sessions :)
Sanjeev is an industry leader & subject matter expert when it comes to the topic of mindfulness, and the stress reduction methods that it involves. His powerful 1st book 'The Power of the Present Moment' is a great read for people looking to be introduced into the world of mindfulness concepts such as: deep breathing exercises, environmental reflections, high frequency vs low frequency energy vibrations, inward body scans, guided meditation practices, and overall self awareness. I am confident his upcoming 2nd book 'The Power of Nothingness' will also be a great read as well - building on all those comprehensive areas his initial book outlines.
