I was very impressed by this store's neat and orderly layout. The store is clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. There are good discounts and offers on products. I really liked it. The manager and staff of this store deserve high 👍.
Trying to buy a headlight bulb. An 'associate' needs to walk the bulb to the checkout with you. But there's nobody around to open the cabinet. There is a screen beside the display to press a prompt and an associate will be notified. Tried that three times and still nobody. I miss the old days when you could just go shopping and there were human employees in the aisles and at the checkout. Oh well. I'll just order one online from Amazon.
WOW! NEVER have I been treated so poorly as a customer. Manager turned red and couldn't even handle himself. Definitely need to retrain staff how to deal with customers. December 27 at 430. Little old bald guy with glasses. Needs to be demoted. Security needs to learn English and how tk talk to a customer. For a customer driven company, thwy dont want youe business. Once I made it into the store, I was greeted by a nice lady in hardware. Not all incompetence employees here but some need to go to a different line of work or a home. Nobody wants to call your bs customer service line for lip service. This should never be issues in the first place of proper customer service was trained and implemented. AVOID THOS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS? Store policy is to harass customers. Go to my south end Canadian Tire. Competent employees there It all makes sence when you read the other reviews. Management needs to seriously address this. Amazing this happens when a store is "so customer oriented. " Just wow. Is customers need to get out stores back.
Secret of the pros. Don’t use Apple Pay if you plan on returning an item. Physical card only. Apparently return policy is they need to see the last 4 digits of the card that was used to pay. I couldn’t produce that since Apple Pay obfuscates your actual number. Could not return the item even with my receipt and the actual phone used to pay. Going to try a different Canadian Tire with younger staff that understands Apple Pay.
Very nice and cooperative staff in car maintenance, working with passion and sincerity. Special thanks to Roop from the vehicle maintenance customer service team. This is my second visit, and it definitely won’t be my last. My only concern is that it took a long time to complete the service.
