Dr Sam is absolutely wonderful. She took the time to really get to know my dog and made him feel completely at ease during the visit. She was kind, patient, and incredibly thorough. I especially appreciated how she explained everything clearly and worked with me to create a practical health and diet plan tailored to his needs. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares this much about both pets and their owners. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a vet who goes above and beyond.
We have been coming to CVH, since Shad was a puppy & we were lucky enough to have such loving & car young vets over the years. Kano & Ali Shadow loves ALL the nurses there, but has a soft spot for Dr Shayne .. She has been his vet for number of years now, Shayne has been so patient with ALL my questions & concerns & we always walk out with the answers.. We both love Canberra Vet Hospital . Always get greeted with a smile & a chat x
Over this past year, I’ve consulted with Canberra Vet Hospital senior vets on the health of my very elderly 17yo dog to keep him comfortable in this final stage of his life. Their advice was practical but also compassionate. I had confidence & trust in what they said. Thank you for your support which was an enormous help to us during a very difficult time. 🥹
Such friendly and hard working vets and nurses- they make both myself and my pets feel so welcome :)
Puppy injured herself just before a long weekend. Even though they were fully booked they still managed to squeeze her in for a check, so grateful. She also loves all the staff and enjoys her visits,
