This is a fantastic urgent care. Each of the three times I’ve come here, they have readily available appointments, easy parking, and are so efficient! I’ve seen PA Emily twice for totally different things and her bedside manner is fantastic. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and listens to your concerns/experience. In and out quickly with whatever meds/answers I need.
This is a great urgent care I’ve been gone. The receptionist was very helpful and whole staff were friendly makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Emily is very sweet and caring. She listens all my concerns regarding my health patiently and helped me. This urgent care deserves 5 star for sure.
My visit went great. From the receptionist, to the nurse, to the doctor, hands down, it was great hospitality. I felt comfortable the whole time. Definitely a good urgent care to go too. Nurse danielle and doctor Emily were great. They heard me, they recommended, and kept me calm the whole time. 10/10
Upon our arrival, checking in and wait time was quick compared to other urgent cares, we would have to wait up to four hours. Doctor and assistants were efficient, respectful and caring. They took time to listen and attended to our needs. I highly recommend this place for your medical needs. Thank you to the Doctor and staff for making our visit quick and pleasant.
My experience with Carbon Health was full of care and support. From the front desk staff to the physician assistant, everyone was welcoming and attentive. I signed up online, checked in smoothly on arrival, and was cared for with compassion. Emily took the time to ask thoughtful questions, and I never felt rushed or overlooked. I was able to fully explain what was going on. I first learned about Carbon Health through my son’s visit for an ear infection, and after seeing the quality of care he received, I decided to stay with them as well. Overall, it has been a great experience.
